How Batching Can Save You Time on Planning

Ok, so how do you apply this to planning or prep tasks?

  • Start by brainstorming all of the daily and weekly tasks that you routinely complete.
  • Group similar tasks into categories
  • Plan out your weekly tasks by keeping those batched tasks together.

Batching Tip: always batch prep and plan by subject! This is helpful because when you focus on one subject at a time, you already have all of the materials you need on hand, and it allows for a more fluent workflow.
